Assistant Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team in the heart of Auckland City!

People are at the heart of our business and we aim to provide a fun, energetic and supportive working environment. Our fast-growing company will provide a role that is rewarding with potential for growth. Along side the Store Manager and other Assistant Managers, you'll assist with the stores day to day operations, lead the team, create exceptional customer service, and of course, make delicious healthy salads, wraps, smoothies and more!

This role will suit an experienced generalist who is solutions focused and familiar with the Food, Hospitality or Retail industry.

You will have:
- Great energy, work ethic & passion for the TOSS brand

- 2+ years experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication, people skills & customer service experience
- Enjoys being part of a fun, fast-paced team culture
- Maintain high standards and a good eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure
- Experience in a hospitality position; you’ll be part of a team of between 5-10 staff
- Commitment to working in a high energy environment
